- Offer is available to members of Australian Health Funds, in store and online. To redeem offer, customer must present their member card at time of purchase.
- Discount is applied to normal selling price of prescription lenses and prescription sun lenses when purchased as a complete pair (frame and lenses) in one transaction. Offer valid on the following lens extras when purchased as part of a complete pair (frames and lenses) in one transaction: Anti-Reflection coatings, lens and UV tinting, mirror coatings and polished edges. All lens extras are subject to prescription and frame suitability.
- Customer must have a valid optical prescription. Customers may be required to undergo an eye test at their own cost if their prescription is not valid.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount (including health fund discount) except for a health fund benefit. Health fund benefits are subject to a customer’s policy waiting periods, annual limits and level of extras covers.
- Product range, colour and availability may vary between stores.
- Offer excludes safety certification fee, sale items, eye exams, eye exam technology, contact lens consultations, contact lenses, Third Party contracts, Eyewear Protection Plan, value or kids packages and gift cards.
